I’ll be using a set of 20lb dumbbells and 30lb dumbbells throughout this entire series. You’ll also want to use a mat or have access to some soft flooring. If you don’t have dumbbells you could substitute with kettlebells, bands or get creative and use things around the house such as water jugs, laundry detergent, a backpack filled with books, etc. For our strength training days we’ll be using dumbbells.
